DeKalb Dems Day at the Georgia Capital

On Thursday, March 6th John and I went to the Georgia state capital for DeKalbs Dems day. It was a beehive of activity. Getting invovled and advocating for our beliefs, has made us both feel better about the future. If you don’t like what is hapening in our government get involved in activities that allow you to speak up, speak out and get in the way. As John Lewis would say get into some “good trouble”.

This organization was born out of the concern women across the United States have, that our federal and state governments are not looking out for the best interests. They are only concerned with pandering to corporations and the ultra rich.
